Don was most intrigued with the 'UI Effect' chart featured in the post 80. First, he credited us with admitting the dip in productivity and not just glossing over that reality. Second, he was skeptical of the increase in productivity until we demo'ed the ease of formatting with the gallery control. It was immediately evident the number of mouse clicks that saved and he looked somewhat deflated that we could indeed claim an improvement in productivity.
