This chapter, in my opinion, is the best thus far - and I don't foresee too many better than this in the rest of the book either!
It seems clear that "vision process" that you brought to life to manage Office9, was an inflection point in your career, and that it informed your concept of leadership going forward. It is easy to discern a sense of pride and accomplishment in the way you have written about it!
